Quality Assurance

 

SCREENSHOTS are used to validate actions in game which are purchased by you the consumer. Such as the completion from start to finish of your characters leveling, quest or pvp score.

 

You can at any time request an update or cease and desist on the leveling of your account. If you decide to stop the leveling until another day please understand that we will not be held to the ETA of your characters leveling. If you decide you want to stop the leveling partially before we are completed, you will receive a partial refund in regards to the amount of leveling completed.

Your account is never used to sell gold or transfer gold. Also we will never promote the selling of gold on your character. Your character will never be used to harass, grief, steel or be involved in behavior that might harm in game relationships, alliances or reputations.

 

We will never use macros or bots. The other characters on your account will never be used or logged into. We will not make obvious references or actions which will alert players or game masters that your account is being controlled by a third party.
